If you are not happy with your new product, whether that be because the product is faulty, damaged or just not really what you wanted, we will try our best to get it sorted for you. Please read our returns and cancellations policy below to learn more:

Returning or Replacing a Faulty Item

We are sorry to hear that your item is faulty.

If your item is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us.

To return an item please contact our store on 0330 900 1966 and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your faulty item or help you with receiving a refund.

Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges, repairs or refunds if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

My Product Arrived Damaged

Please contact us immediately on 0330 900 1966 to report any damage.

In the rare case that your product has arrived damaged, we deeply apologise for this inconvenience that has been caused.

If you notice that your item has arrived damaged during the point of delivery, you can refuse the delivery and the item will be returned with the driver and we can arrange a solution.

You must check your new item as soon as it arrives and report any damages within 3 days to us. If you notice any sort of damage or missing items, please report this as soon as possible. Even if you are waiting for an installer or you are storing your item, you must check all your items for damage as soon as they arrive.

Under any circumstance, please do not try and fit or install your damaged item without speaking to a member of the team first as you may cause more damage to your item.

If your product has arrived damaged please speak with us on 0330 900 1966 as soon as possible.

Returning an Unwanted Product

If you have ordered the wrong item or are not happy with it, simply contact us on 0330 900 1966 within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order and receive a refund.

If the item has been used or installed we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

Please note we may levy a collection fee for some items.

Cancellations of Orders

Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit that we have made a mistake by publishing inaccurate information on the website. This could be the wrong price, description or availability of an item you have ordered.

In this case, we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if you have received your order confirmation email.

You will receive a full refund for any charges already paid.
