Excellent service from beginning to end
From the moment we walked into the showroom we received nothing but excellent customer service. Chris assisted us with a smile on his face and went out of his way to help us choose a new integrated washing machine which would suit our needs.
Adam who delivered the item was a real gem. He was polite respectful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a problem with the kick boards this however did not phase him. He even swept and cleaned up after he had completed the work. Adam is a real asset to Joe Grahams and hopefully he is rewarded accordingly.
Good Products and Customer service
Customer service was knowledgeable and thorough. There was no rush from them for us to make our choice of product. Delivery and installation at home was well planned and executed with minimal fuss. The delivery people were really pleasant and accommodating. They took their time to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the process. Currently everything is working very well and we're pleased with the service. We would recommend Joe Graham products and services.
Perfect service
Ordering in the shop was efficient & easy.the appliance arrived exactly on time and all my requests ie changing 2 doors on fridge freezer to open from the right was completed in store before delivery. Perfect.
