Helping you to evenly cook completely different dishes at one time, using all oven levels without intermingling flavours
Pyrolytic Cleaning: Heats the inside of your oven to temperatures of 400C and above. This process will reduce grease and food residue to ash, without using chemical agents, meaning all you’ll need to do is wipe down the inside.
Gives your dishes the exact right amount of moisture by adding steam at three intensity levels
The CoolStart function will allow you to prepare frozen food without pre-heating the oven first. All you’ll need to do is enter the cooking time and temperature and the oven will do the rest.
Gas or Electric?
It’s a long-standing debate; do you choose gas or electric appliances for your kitchen?
Discover our variety of Bosch, Siemens and Neff Cooking Appliances at our new showroom. Including Venting Hobs, and Flame Select Hobs.
Whether you choose to cook with gas or with electricity, each will pose differences to your cooking experiences.
Naturally, gas will be a very efficient choice of fuel, therefore that means in terms of cooking, for example, a cooker oven compartment will be very quick to heat.
An electric cooker will provide you with a more even and thorough cook, however, the biggest difference will be the time it takes for the oven to heat up. A gas cooker will usually take around 10 - 15 minutes to completely heat up, whereas an electric cooker will take around 10 minutes longer.
Should you be a keen baker, it’s also important to be aware of the differences between gas and electric ovens when baking. The humidity differences between the two ovens can provide you with different results. As gas ovens are slightly more humid, you’ll find these are more beneficial for bread or pies, as the crusts are less likely to dry out. Electric ovens will provide you with greater airflow and are often preferred for baking cakes, as the moisture content will be maintained.
No matter what you choose, here at Joe Graham & Son Ltd, we have a range of gas and electric appliances available from Bosch, Siemens and Neff for you to find your perfect home appliance.
